Yes. In your profile you list the industries, company sizes (startup, MSME, mid, large), and named accounts you care about. The agent stays within those boundaries — no random fan-out.

Who does the email come from?

Accepted Answer

Your own Microsoft Outlook account. The desktop companion places drafts into Outlook and sends them as you — replies land in your Outlook inbox like any other email, and the agent never intercepts your conversations.

Can I review or edit emails before they go out?

Yes. Every draft sits in a review queue before sending. You can edit, approve, or skip any email. You can also stay in full manual mode — the agent drafts, you send — with no automatic delivery until you're ready.

Does the desktop client read my files or mailbox?

Accepted Answer

Only what's needed to do its job, and nothing else. It places approved drafts into your Outlook Drafts/Sent folders, and it watches your Outlook inbox only for replies, read receipts, and bounces matching outreach the agent has sent. It does not read other emails, does not scan files, folders, contacts (unless you press Import), browsing history, calendar, microphone, camera, or any other application on your machine.

How do I get started?

Sign up and complete the short onboarding — company, products, target industries, and ideal customer profile. Install the desktop companion and link it to your Microsoft Outlook so the agent can send from your address. Turn the agent on — first results usually appear within an hour.

Can I pause the agent at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. One toggle in Settings pauses all outreach instantly — nothing queued is sent, nothing new is drafted. Turning it back on picks up where it left off.

Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade from billing settings at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing date. No lock-in, and we offer a 7-day refund window on first purchases.

Which currency will I be billed in?

Pricing is shown in your local currency — INR for India (with 18% GST), USD for the US, EUR/GBP for other supported regions. You can override the display currency with the selector on the pricing page.
